SUT - Member Policies

Statement of Fairness and Non-Discrimination

Aherence to Principles

In administering the certification program SUT shall not discriminate or deny opportunity to anyone on the grounds of gender, age, religion, national or ethnic origin, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, or disability.

Security University Testing adheres to principles of fairness and due process and endorses the principles of equal opportunity .

General Policy Regarding Applicants and Application Evaluations All applications are evaluated without regard to the applicant's age, gender, race, ancestry, national origin, religion, creed, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability, in accordance with SUT Statement of Assurance. Security University Statement of Assurance applies to all SUT Certification programs, including Q/ISP, Q/IAP, Q/SSE, Q/WAD and states that SUT may not discriminate in admission, employment, or administration of its programs on the basis of religion, creed, ancestry, belief, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity. SUT does not discriminate in violation of federal, state, or local laws or executive orders. SUT does not discriminate and SUT is required not to discriminate in admission, employment, or administration of its programs or activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or handicap in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, or any other federal, state, or local laws or executive orders.
