Join Us in Our 2012 Inclusive Ride
On April 27 through 29, World T.E.A.M. Sports will host the 2012 Face of America Bike Ride, a fully supported two-day ride from the Pentagon near Washington, DC to the historic battlefields of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The ride, created by World T.E.A.M Sports in conjunction with the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, will give participants a unique opportunity to honor America’s servicemen and women who have been wounded or injured, as they set and achieve new goals.
The 2012 Face of America ride is much more than a bike ride; it is an opportunity to share stories and build camaraderie with 500 participants while honoring America’s wounded warriors and the American spirit. With many returning participants, this inspiring ride has a limited number of entries: register today to assure yourself a position.
Military veterans with disabilities pay no fees to participate. All other participants pay a minimal registration fee and will need to meet minimum fundraising goals. The money raised through fundraising will pay the costs of the participants with disabilities and support upcoming World T.E.A.M. Sports events.

Since 1987, our organization has created and organized inspiring events worldwide, including the AXA World Ride, the Vietnam Challenge, the Sea to Shining Sea cross-country rides, the Soldiers to the Summit wounded warrior events and expeditions, the Coastal TEAM Challenge, the annual Adventure TEAM Challenge in Colorado and several Face of America rides.
World T.E.A.M. Sports is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. Support comes primarily from individual and corporate donations and sponsorships.
